Chatting with Sprout
Sprout is the AI guide on this website. His answers are built into the page, so what you type to him stays in your browser and is not sent to us or saved.
Sprout remembers two small settings in your browser so the site behaves the way you left it: whether you tucked him away, and whether he has already said hello. If you ask him to fill in the project form for you, your answers are kept in your browser just long enough to carry them to the form on the home page. You can clear all of this at any time by clearing your browser's saved site data.
Sending a project request
When you fill out the project form and press send, your email app opens with your request ready to go. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. We use the details you share, like your name, email, website and what you need, only to reply to you about your project.
Outside services
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, which shares your IP address with Google as part of that request. Google's own privacy policy explains how it handles that information.
Your choices
- You can use the whole site without chatting with Sprout or sending a request.
- You can tuck Sprout away, and the site will remember that choice.
- You can clear saved site data in your browser settings whenever you like.
- You can email [email protected] to ask what information we have from your request, and ask us to delete it.
Changes to this page
If the way this website handles information changes, for example if we add a new tool, we will update this page and the date at the top.
